Frightnight Entertainment Booking Terms

Frightnight seats must be pre-booked. There will be limited or no tickets at the door and no guarantees will be made on availability.

Dinner + Show tickets are available for booking up to 2 days before the show night unless arranged prior.
Show only tickets are available for booking up to 2 hours before show time.

A minimum booking of two (2) seats is required for ALL groups and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Frightnight Entertainment reserves the right to ask for a greater number of seats to be paid for if the booking is for more than 10 people.

Ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available except as required by law.

Customers may choose to transfer their booking to any other available date within the next twelve (12) months from the original show date. A $30 admin fee will apply for date changes and is payable upon confirmation of new show date.

In the event the show date must be moved or cancelled, customers will have the choice of moving their booking to another available date without charge, or a full refund.

Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance, if at all and admission is at the discretion of the box office personnel on duty at the event.

Frightnight reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be brought into the venue for the purpose of recording "The Show". The right is reserved to broadcast video, audio or images from any event or part-thereof live or at a future date. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Tickets must not be re-sold or offered for re-sale at a premium (including via online auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Frightnight Entertainment reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased that are suspected of being used in this way.
Scalping warning: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

Gift vouchers issued by "Frightnight Comedy Theatre Restaurant" (pre-2017) will be honoured at the discretion of Frightnight Entertainment as these certificates where NOT issued by Frightnight Entertainment. Please call us to check first to avoid disappointment.
Certificates issued by Frightnight Entertainment (from 2017 & onwards), with a valid barcode will be accepted by Frightnight Entertainment as per the certificates T's & C's.
